Welcome to our site and more importantly, congratulations on taking on the challenge of school ownership. I 'll bet it is a lot more work and a lot more involved than you thought. I have been there and realize the stress that you are under. Don't worry, you are in the right place.
Below is our current list of programs to help you along your path to success. Although these programs exist to help you, I want to be perfectly honest with you. In this day and age, you will need more than a "School in a Box". I once read a story from a successful internet marketer that said, "If you wanted a car to get you to work, would you order the parts online and get a manual on How to Build a Car? or would you go to a car dealer and buy one?" If you are very motivated, you can order the parts and over a period of time you could build that car but you may miss out on many opportunities along the way.
If you truly wish to SUCCEED, I suggest you seriously consider the Success Coaching Program. I'm not saying it is the only way to succeed but it is the best investment I can offer and the best opportunity to grow your school into the vision you hold.
- Success Coaching Program
A more personal journey toward your success. Due to increasing numbers of school owners seeking my services and my passion for helping smaller schools succeed, I have decided to expand my mentoring program to include a success coaching program. What's the difference? The Success Coaching Program is a weekly program designed to build and grow your school the proper way. New School Owners were getting a little overwhelmed in the Mentoring Program and I realized that the foundation of most small martial arts schools are not as solid as I thought (or as the school owners thought). When we test our Black Belts we include all the curriculum from White Belt on up. This is because each belts' curriculum builds on the foundations previously laid. The business side of your school is the same. Without some business basics you will never have a healthy buisness.
- Success Coaching is a weekly program where we will communicate by email. I will email you a short seminar which will follow a monthly theme with 2-3 homework questions. The following week we will discuss the seminar and there will be an audio download as well. Weeks 3 and 4 will follow a similar format either expanding on the same topic or bridging to a similar topic.
- Although we are marketing this program to New School Owners, Owners of all experience levels can benefit from the basics. Often our foundations get damaged or eroded by time, neglect or lack of focus. The Success Coaching could be a great opportunity to strengthen those foundations and keep you school healthy and prosperus.

- Foundations for Excellence Modular Learning Course:
These are the building blocks of your success.This is a multimedia couse you can purchase from our Store. It provides much of the material we provide in the other programs which you can listen, watch and use according to your time frame.
- Consultant Program
Ask me and I will tell you what is wrong and how to fix it. Sounds simple but surprizingly I do not recommend this approach for New Owners. Running a successful business is an ongoing learning process. I can tell you whats wrong and even how to fix it but it is short sighted to think that everything will be perfect after that. Most consultants are happy to take your money for an opinion because they know they will be called again and again for each new problem. I recommend consulting for experienced school owners with established schools that may have a few concerns to address. The best approach is the Success Coaching which will cultivate and grow your school into your vision.
