At least twice a year we try to have a 2 day power weekend filled with school development training, on the mat curriculum, drills, guest lecturers and fun. These meeting are an awesome place to network with other school owners, share ideas, and learn what is working for people and what is not.

This is not a business focused program but a program focused on developing elite instructors that take the mat to new heights in energy and curriculum. This is an excellent program for new and seasoned staff alike.

Your messages of the week should be mini motivational speeches that motivate your students to seek out the long term benefits of training. They should also inspire your students to live out the philosophy of Martial Arts in their everyday lives so they truly experience the real value of Martial Arts training. The message of the week program is specifically designed for children and adults. In this message of the week system, you are given a monthly theme, with four messages that teach on that theme.
